RightFit is a hiring decision-support tool designed to help teams assess alignment and potential risk before making a hire. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it’s used, and how it’s protected during the RightFit beta.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to generate a RightFit analysis, including:
• Survey responses from hiring managers describing how a team operates
• Survey responses from candidates describing how they prefer to work
• Role-related context provided by the hiring team
• Basic contact information (e.g., name, email) to deliver reports or coordinate participation
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as SSNs, financial information, or health data.
How We Use Information
Collected information is used solely to:
• Generate RightFit alignment, friction, and risk analysis
• Produce reports and recommended follow-up interview questions
• Improve the RightFit product during the beta period
We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or repurpose it for unrelated products.
Who Can Access the Data
• The hiring organization and its designated representatives
• The RightFit team for analysis, support, and product improvement
Candidate data is shared only with the hiring organization associated with that role.
Data Retention
Beta data is retained for a limited period to support analysis and learning, after which it may be anonymized or deleted. Specific retention timelines may evolve during the beta.
Beta Disclosure
RightFit is currently in beta. Features, reports, and data handling processes may evolve as we learn from real-world use.
