What RightFit Is
RightFit provides decision support, not hiring decisions. It offers insight into potential alignment, friction, and risk based on comparative survey responses.
RightFit does not:
Decide who should be hired
Replace interviews
Guarantee hiring outcomes
All hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the hiring organization.
Beta Use
RightFit is provided in beta and is offered “as is.” Functionality, analysis methods, and outputs may change as the product evolves.
Appropriate Use
You agree to use RightFit:
As a supplement to, not a replacement for, your hiring process
In compliance with applicable employment and data protection laws
Without representing RightFit outputs as definitive or deterministic judgments
Intellectual Property
RightFit retains ownership of the platform, methodology, and analysis framework.
Hiring organizations may use reports internally for hiring decisions related to the assessed role.
Limitation of Liability
RightFit is not liable for hiring outcomes, employment decisions, or business impacts resulting from use of the product.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as the beta progresses. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
